Is the discovery call really free?
Yes, completely. The discovery call has no cost and no commitment attached. We use it to understand your business — you use it to understand whether Zyntra is the right fit. If it's not, we'll tell you.
How long does a Zyntra build take?
It depends on the tier and complexity. Core builds are typically delivered in 4–6 weeks. Operate builds take 6–10 weeks. Command and Enterprise builds are scoped individually, but most are delivered within 3–5 months.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before the call?
Not at all. Most clients come in knowing their pain points — not the solution. That's exactly what the discovery session is for. We'll ask the right questions and translate your process into a clear system design.
Can you migrate our data from our existing tools?
Yes. Data migration is included in the Enterprise / Build tier and available as an add-on for Core, Operate, and Command. We handle the transfer from spreadsheets, legacy CRMs, or any other system.
What happens after the system goes live?
Your monthly subscription covers platform access, hosting, and ongoing support. Iterations, new modules, and additional integrations are available through change requests or a retainer. We don't hand off and disappear — we stay close.
What if we outgrow our tier?
We'll upgrade your system. Clients can move between tiers as their team and requirements grow. Your system evolves with your business — it's not locked to the scope of your initial build.
